Clinical services are provided by independent participating clinics. Each clinic is responsible for its own staff, protocols, services, pricing, scheduling, outcomes, and care decisions. VitaCredit does not control or supervise clinic operations.

VC value and pricing displays are for convenience only and may vary based on eligible services, applicable taxes, promotions, and clinic-specific rules. Displayed values do not constitute a guarantee of price or availability at any participating clinic.

No guarantee of outcomes

VitaCredit does not guarantee specific financial savings, service availability, treatment outcomes, or results from the use of the platform or from services provided by participating clinics.

Stored value, not currency

VitaCredits ("VC") are a stored-value credit usable within the VitaCredit platform at participating clinics. VC is not legal tender, is not a bank deposit, and is not insured by any government agency. Cash redemption is available only where required by applicable law.

Platform availability

VitaCredit makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Features, content, and participating clinics may change without notice.

Activity and analytics

VitaCredit collects activity, engagement, and behavioral information as described in the Privacy Policy, and shares certain of this information with the participating clinic associated with your account. Member-segment classifications (such as new, active, at-risk, abandoned cart, or VIP) are derived inferences based on activity and may not reflect any individual judgment about you.

Third parties

VitaCredit may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including payment processors and analytics providers. VitaCredit is not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, or policies of third parties.
